我要减肥!!!!谁有心得减肚腩啊????? 教教我。SOS!

1. Reduce amount in ur 3 meals. Try fruit and juice (try natural ones not the sugary bottled juices) diet once per days, like breakfast or dinner.

2. Do 15-30 sit ups per day. Can be separated into a few times (5-10 morning, noon, night). Do it if u can, dun over do it until u break ur back XP

3. NO SUPPER! X3

Haha... u can train urself. From 5 to 6 to 7... XD

Just increase after u r used to the current amount =P
