明天去雪山跑跑+泡泡,很不想去,可是又沒辦法不去了。。最近回來墨爾本后就覺得自己很容易心情很差。。沒辦法保持良好,開朗的心情。。誰有辦法當你覺得有點灰的時候,立刻自我調理的好辦法?
